Customer Reviews
Got a great balance bike
So I needed a balance bike for my niece and a friend told me to check out Tikes Bikes. I found a cool one that was the right size and color. Ordering was super easy on my phone, just a few taps. It got here pretty fast, like four days later, which was awesome. My niece immediately jumped on it and was zooming around. It looked sturdy and well made, not cheapy at all. Definitely happy with it.
Solid choice for kids bikes
I ordered a 20 inch bike for my son's birthday and was pretty happy with how it all went. The website was easy to navigate to find the right size. Shipping was free, which was nice, and the bike actually arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. Assembly was mostly straightforward, just attaching the handlebars and pedals. The bike itself seems very well built, lightweight but sturdy. I had a quick question about adjusting the brakes and their support chat got back to me within an hour, which was a pleasant surprise. The only minor thing was a small scuff on one of the knee pads I also ordered, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, a good experience and my son loves the bike.
Reliable as always for gear
This isn't my first time buying from Tikes Bikes. I needed some replacement tires and inner tubes for my older son's 16 inch bike. Just like my previous order for a 12 inch bike, everything was straightforward. The parts were easy to find on the site, checkout was quick, and they arrived just a few days later. It's good to know I can count on them for consistent quality and quick shipping when I need bike parts or a new bike.
Solid purchase, minor snag
I ordered a 20 inch bike and a kids helmet for my daughter. The bike itself is fantastic, really well-built and she took to it quickly. The helmet was good too, fit her perfectly. My only small issue was with the tracking update; it seemed to lag a bit behind the actual delivery, so it showed as 'in transit' even after it arrived. Not a huge deal since it did get here when expected, but something they could tighten up. Overall, happy with the products and the general process.
Good bike, easy shopping
I bought a 14 inch bike for my niece a few weeks ago. The website was pretty easy to navigate, which was nice. It arrived quickly and she loves it. She's been riding it every day since then. No complaints here, it was a smooth experience.
Great value on a balance bike
I was looking for a good deal on a balance bike for my son's birthday. Tikes Bikes had a sale going on, and I snagged a lightweight balance bike. Got it for about $30 off, which felt like a really good saving. Shipping was free too, which always helps. It arrived on time and the quality seems solid for the price I paid. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.
Always a good experience
This was my third order from Tikes Bikes and they delivered again. I got a 16 inch bike for my youngest, and just like with the balance bike and the 12 inch bike for my older one, it arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The quality is always reliable. It's why I keep coming back here when the kids grow out of their current bikes. Never had any issues.

Thinking about a Woom vs one of the bikes from Tikes Bikes. Any thoughts on quality comparison?
Are Tikes Bikes actually legit? Or like, is it one of those sketchy sites?
Can I use my newsletter signup discount AND a Black Friday code? Trying to maximize savings here lol.
Does anyone know if they do free shipping often? Or is it like a rare thing?
What's their return policy like? My kid is kinda picky, so might need to send it back if he doesn't love it.
